If I am in Florida, California or any state, there is a hospital or clinic I can go to. But, the private sector will not deliver me via ambulance; I have to get their by myself.

You should ask your elders for their opinion about the home healthcare professional. You will be getting one for them. Before you make the final decision, make sure your children are comfortable with it.

We all have to share. If we get some great pieces of information, we need to share it as soon as we can with as many people as we can. The information about health care reform is not meant to be secret, but many have no idea where to get it. You can help others by sharing information that you have about this piece of legislation. Send it to a newsletter or article. Share it in speech or over coffee. We can all benefit from sharing information.

We have some breathing room if there is a cheaper alternative. You have a choice.

We're hearing terms like "rationed health care", "socialized medicine", "universal insurance" and the "value of human life". It's not surprising this topic has sparked such heated debate.

If you are currently receiving home health care but feel it is not meeting you needs, you can simply call the agency to speak with the person who is handling your case. Explain what you think you need, and they should be able to accommodate you in this.
